Usage Policy & Privacy

1. Overview

This Usage Policy describes how WZC Development LLC ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use NCO.ARMY, BOARD.ARMY, or any related services (collectively, "the Service"). The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the U.S. Army, the Department of Defense, or any government agency.

2. Information We Collect

Account Data: Email address, display name, and encrypted password.

Usage Data: Feature usage logs (which tools you use, input/output lengths, timestamps) for rate limiting and service improvement.

Technical Data: IP address (for security and rate limiting only), session data, and browser type.

We do NOT collect: Social Security numbers, DoD ID numbers, classified information, PII of third parties, or financial information.

3. How We Use Your Information

• - To authenticate your identity and manage your account
• - To enforce usage limits and rate limiting
• - To prevent abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access

4. AI Content Processing

When you use AI-powered features, your input text is sent to a third-party AI provider for processing. We do NOT store your AI prompts or generated output beyond what is necessary for the immediate request and optional saved items. Your inputs are NOT used to train AI models. Generated content is returned directly to you.

5. Data Storage and Security

All data is encrypted in transit via TLS/HTTPS. Session data is encrypted server-side. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information.

6. Do Not Upload Classified or Sensitive Information

You must NOT input classified, controlled unclassified (CUI), FOUO, or operationally sensitive information into the Service. The Service processes data through commercial cloud infrastructure and third-party AI providers. Treat all inputs as unclassified.

7. Data Sharing

We do NOT sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared only with:

• - Service providers essential to operation (cloud hosting, AI processing)
• - Law enforcement when required by valid legal process

8. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Usage logs are retained for up to 90 days. Saved items (regulation searches, etc.) are retained until you delete them. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to: access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, and export your data. To exercise these rights, contact [email protected].

10. Cookies and Sessions

We use a small number of cookies essential for the operation of the Service, including authentication, session management, and usage limit enforcement. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or analytics cookies.

11. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
