1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NCO.ARMY, BOARD.ARMY, or any related services (collectively, "the Service"), operated by WZC Development LLC ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of any updates to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

The Service provides digital tools to assist Noncommissioned Officers (NCOs) and Soldiers with professional writing, counseling statement generation, award writing, regulation search, mock board preparation, and access to military references. The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate content. NCO.ARMY and BOARD.ARMY are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the U.S. Army, the Department of Defense, or any government agency.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By registering, you represent that you are at least 18 and that all registration information you provide is accurate and truthful.

4. User Accounts

A single account provides access to both NCO.ARMY and BOARD.ARMY. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content generated by the Service is produced by artificial intelligence and is provided "as-is" for reference purposes only. AI-generated output may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and editing all generated content before use in any official capacity. WZC Development LLC makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI-generated content for any purpose. Generated content should never be submitted to official Army systems without thorough review by the user.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • - Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of military regulations
  • - Attempt to bypass, exploit, or reverse-engineer the Service's security, rate limits, or AI safeguards
  • - Attempt prompt injection, jailbreaking, or any technique to manipulate the AI beyond its intended use
  • - Use the Service to generate false official documents, fraudulent records, or misleading content
  • - Share your account credentials with others or use another person's account
  • - Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service
  • - Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit generated content without authorization
  • - Upload or transmit classified, controlled unclassified (CUI), or sensitive information

7. Usage Limits and Tokens

AI features are subject to usage limits governed by a token system. Free accounts receive a set number of tokens per period. Usage limits may be changed at any time. We reserve the right to implement tiered account plans with varying usage allowances.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is the property of WZC Development LLC. Content you generate using the Service is yours to use, but you grant us a non-exclusive license to store and process it for Service operation. We do not claim ownership of your generated content.

9. Privacy and Data

We collect the minimum data necessary to operate the Service: your email, display name, and usage logs. We do not sell your personal data. AI prompts and generated content may be temporarily processed but are not used to train AI models. For full details, see our Usage Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WZC DEVELOPMENT LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WZC Development LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your use of generated content in any official capacity.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Texas.
